The Sankalpa, the intention of the second retreat, will be focused on the sense of taste, in relation to the second chakra, Swadhisthana, also known as the sacral chakra. The sense of taste, which allows us to appreciate flavors and much more, represents pleasure and style in life. The Swadhisthana chakra is closely linked to food, the body, and sexuality. It is the center of joy, trust, acceptance, and alliance. This chakra is associated with the water element and manifests in the color orange. When Swadhisthana is in balance, it promotes a healthy relationship with oneself and one's body, stimulating creativity and vitality. The associated Bija Mantra is OM VAM.
The retreat will take place on May 3rd, 4th, and 5th.
Drawing from Tantra and Hatha Yoga, Pranav guides us to the seat of our creativity, pleasure, taste, and sexuality. The sense to be explored is taste, the thread connecting these characteristics is the SWADISTANA CHAKRA.

HANDPAN CONCERT "Sound Journey"
with Davide Friello - International Handpan Artist
The handpan drum is one of the latest instruments invented in the world, rich in harmonics that come from every direction. We will deeply listen to ancestral rhythms and the sweet melodies of his handpan, with moments of intense emotional intensity. We will briefly immerse ourselves in the sounds of his drums and other instruments. Simply sitting, leaving thoughts outside the environment... A magical experience... a true SOUND JOURNEY.
Elisabeth and Natalia will offer a vegan menu. For them, cooking is alchemy, pure magic, an opportunity for loving communication that reaches directly to cells and the body, colors, flavors, and shapes that create ephemeral works, like life itself.
