TUSCAN FLAVORS – Cooking Class & Wine Tasting Experience
Join our chef for an immersive cooking class and discover the secrets behind two iconic Tuscan recipes: Panzanella Toscana and Torta di Riso Garfagnina. Set at Podere Concori, a family-run biodynamic winery in the unspoiled landscape of Garfagnana, the experience reflects a deep connection to nature, craftsmanship and local tradition. A guided visit of the winery introduces its philosophy and production approach, followed by a hands-on cooking session where participants actively prepare the dishes in a shared and engaging atmosphere. The journey concludes with a tasting of the prepared recipes paired with a selection of five biodynamic wines from the estate, expressing the authentic character of the territory.
